Idea generation: We’ll use creative design-thinking tools to generate new solutions, and integrate insights from both internal teams and external stakeholders to develop ideas that are practical and innovative. Testing: With experience in programme and service design, I’ll support you to co-design, develop, and test your new ideas in real-world settings to see how they perform. Learning: I’ll guide you through a process of experimentation, learning, and iteration—helping you refine your approach based on what works.
