
Who am I?
I help purpose-led organisations achieve greater impact by demonstrating their unique value and improving how they work.
My academic background is in sociology, complemented by 20 years experience working for some of the most forward-thinking organisations tackling the biggest challenges we face.
I was most recently Director of Delivery and Impact at Power to Change, a charitable foundation tasked with growing the community business movement inEngland. My journey has also led me to senior roles at Design Council, UnLtd – The Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs, and the Community Development Foundation, focusing on:
- Evaluation, research and policy
- Social innovation
- Strategy
- Storytelling.
All with the common goal of creating a fairer future and improving people’s lives.
